Dear Residents, Friends, and Families,
We hope that you are all well and staying healthy. We are happy to report that we anticipate masking guidelines for Thompson House to liberalize on May 12, 2023. The State of Emergency is over on May 11, 2023, and we will be masking according to CDC and VDH recommendations, based on community transmission levels and specific situations (positive residents or staff, et cetera).
As of May 12, please pay attention to signage at the front lobby which will indicate the daily protocol for visitation. Of course, should we have any positive cases we will also update you with another Friends and Family letter, and facility posting.
